ClassMory's software, design, text, graphics, and other content are protected by intellectual property laws. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use this content.

4.3 AI-Generated Content

Notes, summaries, and other content generated by AI are created based on the original materials you provide. You are free to use this AI-generated content, but we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

6. Paid Services and Subscriptions

9. Termination and Account Deletion

9.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

9.2 Account Deletion Process and Impact

When you choose to delete your account, the following will occur:

• You will no longer be able to access any features or services of this application
• All notes, photos, and related data stored in this application will be permanently deleted
• This action is irreversible; please consider carefully
• We will process your data deletion request according to the process described in Section 6.1 of the Privacy Policy

9.3 Termination by Us

If you violate these terms or legal regulations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. Data processing after termination will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Any disputes arising from these terms should first attempt friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter should be submitted to a court with jurisdiction in Taiwan.
