6.1 Account Deletion Process

In-App Deletion (Recommended Method):

Open the ClassMory app
Go to "Account" or "Settings" page
Select "Delete Account" option
Read the data deletion risk notice (this action is irreversible)
Confirm deletion intent (may require re-login verification or confirmation text input)
After submission, we will complete the following within 7 business days:
- Immediate: Disable account access, remove profile information
- Within 24 hours: Delete cloud-stored notes, photos, classifications, and other user data
- Within 7 days: Clear backup data and related records
- Completion Notice: Email confirmation of deletion completion

Email Request (Alternative Method):

If you cannot operate within the app, please email revoltes.world@gmail.com with "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide the email address used for registration for identity verification.

Important Reminders:

After account deletion, you will not be able to recover any data, including notes, photos, classification tags, etc.
Please back up important data before deletion
We will not retain any personally identifiable data (except as required by law)
